The clinic is so bad in managing the patients loads. ZERO punctuality. I have been coming to these appointments for 2 years and every time I have to wait for an hour to get in. Making another appointment is also a struggle.

He goes above and beyond, even redoing prosthetics when necessary, ensuring the work is flawless and up to the highest standards. Thank you, Dr. Abdulaziz, for your outstanding care and professionalism. Your commitment to excellence makes a significant difference in the lives of your patients.

Dealing with the clinic is so upsetting. Appointments ALWAYS get canceled for no reason, leaving you stuck and delaying your treatment plan. Rescheduling is a struggle and just adds to the stress. Even when you finally get an appointment, you end up being frustrated by waiting over an hour in the waiting room. My invisalign treatment costs 35k, so I expected proper patient care from the staff. Unfortunately, the clinic is clearly taking on more patients than they can manage. If you value your time, I don't recommend getting treatment here. I want to emphasize Dr. Muhammad is an EXCELLENT doctor. However, the clinic is not.

Already completed 3 visits with two dentists, Dr Yara (for plaque removal) and Dr Nouf (for caries and dental fillings), both are professional, excellent work with amazing attitude towards patients. Highly recommended especially with two dentists names mentioned above 👍🏻

I’ve had multiple visits with Dr. Ibrahim Alaugaily, and I highly recommend him as an exceptional Endodontist. His technique is precise and gentle—I felt no pain during or after the procedures. He is the best!
