If there is less than 1 star I would rate them that . I came I had an appointment at 12:30 I got out of the clinic at 2:00 am without getting called in and without any procedures getting done . They close at 2:30 so even if I have waited there isn't any time. But 2 hours waiting while I have an appointment is where I draw the line . This will be my first and last time .

Dr. Nasser Alqahtani is an awful doctor. He lacks proper bedside manners and didn’t even allow me to explain my case or concerns. He refused to hear what other orthodontists had said about my condition, going so far as to state, "I DON'T CARE WHAT OTHERS SAID." In summary, credentials are meaningless if you lack compassion and proper communication skills with your patients.
