My experience was and still is with Dr. Walid Asiri and Dr. Walid Haqban. They are honest, professional, and very efficient in their work, with all honesty and integrity. May God bless them all. Second, all thanks and appreciation to the reception and coordination team, especially Ms. Shahad and Ms. Rahaf Ali, for their quick response and their high-class and professional treatment in managing the reception and dealing with clients with all respect and appreciation. They also manage appointments well, and the distinctive feature is the closeness of the session times in a row without long waiting periods. I visited the center for implants, crowns, and root canal treatments.
Dr. Walid is excellent and well-mannered.
Dr. Maqbool is half and half. His work is good, but his manners are bad.
Dr. Raed Al-Munaie is the worst experience I've had with him, and he's the reason I stopped following up with him at the center. He works without understanding the problem, and when I came to the checkout, he said, "You didn't tell me." He worked on the wrong tooth for my mother, not the one she was complaining about. On top of that, the cost is 1,200 for a temporary filling.
Overall, the center is excellent, and the appointments are good.
The receptionists raise my blood pressure with chatter and fries.
The prices are high.
The coordination is excellent.

My experience with Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shahrani in orthodontics, whose treatment and attention frankly cannot be described...and also with Dr. Mani’ Al-Ahmari and the rest of the doctors, may God grant them success and may God reward them..
But there is a negative, which is the female employees in the reception, especially the fifth floor. They have no respect for the patient or the place. They laugh and chatter as if they are in the living room of their home, and their morals are bad. I mean, it is forbidden to have a hospital, doctors, cleanliness, and attention. The last thing they would ruin is the samples.
By God, then by God, all the visitors waiting are upset about this thing. I hope that the administration will take the necessary measures towards them.
