The clinic is excellent and very clean, and the staff are courteous. I had dental implants, crowns, and root canal treatment done there, and the results were excellent. The doctors are professional. The clinic is equipped with the latest technology, but the prices are high compared to some other places. Overall, it's a good experience for those looking for high quality. I had 3 implants installed. The price of the implant before the discount was 6,000. After the discount, it was 3,600. Total of 3 implants was 10,800. After the implant, crowns over the implant for one tooth were 2,000 riyals. This means that the implant cost 5,600 riyals after the discount per tooth. I had 2 crowns installed. The price of the crown after the discount was 1,625. Total of 2 crowns was 3,250. I had a root canal treatment done on one tooth after the discount for 1,620. The examination fee was 200 riyals.

One of the best clinics. We did a full jaw implant procedure for my mother with Dr. Abdulrahman Asiri, and the prostheses were done by Dr. Khaled Al Hindi. There is no professionalism in arranging appointments and entering, and the girls at the reception are more indifferent than their job. It is known that if there is more than one hand, the job is lost. Each one blames the other, and in the end they attribute their negligence to the doctor, saying that it was his order. You no longer know who is honest. If the amount paid is small, we will go, but in the thousands, and a treatment plan must be adhered to. In general, a piece of advice, and may God ask me about it, if you have a long-term plan and a significant amount, do not start. By God, your nerves will be burned out, and you will see that the result was not satisfactory. I did not like the doctor’s work at all. It was not based on the games I saw, nor on the amount I paid.

When I received my final cast, the doctor asked me if I was satisfied and wanted to consolidate the results. (Of course, I didn't like this point because my teeth still needed a lot of work, and the doctor himself was supposed to be concerned and keen to ensure I achieved the ideal result, not ask me if I would consolidate them.) Anyway, I requested a modification to the plan, and they added an additional 6 months with interdental filing. I completed the second 6 months and, thank God, achieved satisfactory results. However, I have a few observations: 1- The nurses do 95% of the work, and the prosthesis was only visible for a couple of minutes during each appointment, and the nurse would complete the rest of the work. This is something I've never seen anywhere else. 2- The cost of braces is very high, but the service should be of the same quality, with attention to each client, respect for their rights, and follow-up from the first visit. The reception, coordination, and appointment booking service is excellent.

My experience with Dr. Muhammad Al-Shahrani was that his hand was light, God bless him. May God make him happy, and his treatment was very kind. I tired him once with me, and yet, his morals were very high, and his explanation of the case in detail was enough to make me feel reassured. I was going to a second clinic and he sent me bad fillings back to the first doctor, and we needed to treat a nerve that was complicated and failed. He referred me to a specialist doctor, and he was there with me to confirm and follow up. And my experience with Dr. Saadallah, may God grant him good health. His work is excellent, his hand is light, and his treatment and manner are God willing. I noticed that he does not take risks and begins to treat the nerve at all times. He tries in every way not to lose the nerve of the tooth. I thank the receptionist, Shumukh, for her pleasant manner, sweet manners, and very, very cooperative. All my appointments are booked from her private number. Thank God, I have not faced any problem or delay in appointments. I advise you to come back to them and you will be satisfied and comfortable 👍🏻
