Worst, most unprofessional clinic ever. Just like its “ceo” forget going in on your actual appointment time, they’ll make you wait for 3 patients to go in before you. Again great professionalism on whoever organizes the appointments!

This was my third visit to this clinic. Staff is amazing and professional, especially Naya and Reda. What I noticed and because of this I cannot give more then 3 stars, is that their receptionists are not trained well and often rude. Since they are first persons we face it would be useful to train them better because my last time I almost left before getting tratment because of Rawan. Two times receptionist is not sure how to do her job and asks nurses for assistance. Shame because the rest of the staff seams to care about your patients, but receptionists lack basic hospitality and professionalism.

I have been doing my hair treatments with Dr. Hani for more than two years, every "6 month Magellan it has been a game-changer for me! 🌟 Huge difference in hair health and growth. Highly recommend! 💇‍♀️
