Worst customer experience for a “luxury” clinic! I initially booked an appointment with Dr. Abrar to consult about acne and my whole experience was negative. - I waited 1 hour past my appointment time to finally see the doctor. - The doctor listened to my concerns but did not examine my skin. - The doctor suggested I start on medication but I had to get some labs done first. She said to share my lab results with her assistant to get my prescription. I shared my labs results with the assistant and waited a whole week for her to tell me the clinic doesn’t have the authority to prescribe the medication I need. So I paid 300 SAR to consult a doctor for nothing! - I tried to raise this issue with patient relations, but they don’t even have that! I had to raise this issue to the “inquiries” team. They told me their patient relations team will get back to me in a week. No one ever got back to me.

My first experience with the clinic & it won’t be the last! Dr.Osama is so professional & he’s the one to decide the best for your case. Highly recommended !

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Osama, and while he was friendly, the visit was not very insightful. He didn’t ask me any questions about my current skincare routine, my skin type, or the nature of my acne. He just suggested I use tretinoin without providing much explanation or guidance. I had to be the one to ask questions to get more information, it felt like he was in a hurry to leave. I appreciate his politeness, but I was hoping for a more thorough assessment and discussion about possible causes and treatment options. Overall, I left feeling like I didn’t gain much from the visit.

I had Lip filling sessions in this clinic and my doctor is Dr. Amr Abduljabbar. I'm very content with him. His attitude towards the patient is very kind and understanding. Also the clinic is clean and everyone works for the clinic is helpful. Thanks for this beautiful flower which was given to me on Women's day.
