It’s a profit-driven clinic in every aspect — both the coordinator and the doctor only care about payment, regardless of whether you actually get treated or not. I waited for three hours, and no one even came to check on my case or update me about anything.

I just finished my cleaning session and I feel the price doesn’t really match the service. The cleaning was quite superficial, no eye shield was provided, and there was no fluoride treatment afterwards. It felt more like a beauty clinic than a dental clinic. I only came here because I wanted to try the GPT device. honestly it doesn’t encourage me to come again.

Worst customer experience for a “luxury” clinic! I initially booked an appointment with Dr. Abrar to consult about acne and my whole experience was negative. - I waited 1 hour past my appointment time to finally see the doctor. - The doctor listened to my concerns but did not examine my skin. - The doctor suggested I start on medication but I had to get some labs done first. She said to share my lab results with her assistant to get my prescription. I shared my labs results with the assistant and waited a whole week for her to tell me the clinic doesn’t have the authority to prescribe the medication I need. So I paid 300 SAR to consult a doctor for nothing! - I tried to raise this issue with patient relations, but they don’t even have that! I had to raise this issue to the “inquiries” team. They told me their patient relations team will get back to me in a week. No one ever got back to me.
