The nursing staff was exceptional as well especially nurse Anne Each nurse I interacted with was not only skilled but also kind and supportive, making my recovery process much more comfortable. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and were always available to answer my questions. A special shoutout to coordinator Miss hadeer for her excellent coordination. She ensured that everything ran smoothly, from scheduling appointments to providing pre-operative instructions. And my post operative appointments. I asked through the phone if fixing my permanent retainers was free, and I mentioned how the doctor said yes as well, and they said yes, keep in mind this is after paying 7400 for the braces. I arrive and they ask me to pay 300 because it has been so long since my last appointment. I have wasted money, on gas and a parking spot ticket just to get told I'm gonna pay more money. If you are going to tell me it's free then go back on it then don't have a phone number for the place. Moral of the story is, if you keep your retainers from breaking for two years, you'll have to pay money after they break...
