I asked through the phone if fixing my permanent retainers was free, and I mentioned how the doctor said yes as well, and they said yes, keep in mind this is after paying 7400 for the braces. I arrive and they ask me to pay 300 because it has been so long since my last appointment. I have wasted money, on gas and a parking spot ticket just to get told I'm gonna pay more money. If you are going to tell me it's free then go back on it then don't have a phone number for the place. Moral of the story is, if you keep your retainers from breaking for two years, you'll have to pay money after they break...

I was very thankful to the laser team in new you medical, especially to maam ja and maam marga. It was really smooth and hassle free procedure. I was anxious at first but they really took my anxiety away. So friendly and professional staff
