EDIT: I am giving 2 star as to how the retouch policy was executed. I know there is a 14 day max to do retouch. However, the clinic did not give extra days of leniency for my retouch. 3 days prior to my schedule, my period unexpectedly came and I couldn’t make it to my appointment. Requested to give me extra days as it is imposible to do bikini laser and they said they couldn’t. With this experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic if you are going for bikini laser sessions especially for those with irregular periods. They do not have any considerations. They just lost one costumer for laser and will definitely not gonna be bringing my entire family for other services like dental. I went to this clinic for both dental and hair laser treatment. MashaAllah my dental experience with Dr Nahar was great. His approach to his patient didn’t feel akward and was also very open for any dental questions. For the laser treatment, Farah is such a blessing. Her gentle hands made the experience less scary (for a first timer). She was very upfront about the pain that I might feel throughout the process. The receptionist that I talked to was also very friendly! Kudos to the staff. The only downfall for me was the waiting time of at least 30mins for each treatment that I had (I guess this is unavoidable). No English translation for treatments offered. This would have been of great help for patients who can’t read Arabic. Parking space is also limited. Overall, would highly recommend this place for anyone on a tight budget(definitely cheaper than Al Habib Hospital).

For laser hair removal Miss Magisa and Miss Russell were great. They made me feel comfortable. Magisa did a great job by being very thorough and she made sure to cover all requested areas. I hope this clinic makes sure to treat them very well because they’re gems to this facility !

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. The staff was very professional and caring. I’d like to especially thank Dr. Maryam for her expertise and kindness, as well as Nurse Katrina for her exceptional support and attentiveness. Highly recommend their services ❤️❤️
