I’m not gonna talk about Service or how nice and clean the clinic is, But here is the thing many people are afraid to go to dentist as they are mostly afraid of the pain but coming here is different. Why? Because I have been visiting the clinic for about a year. And never felt a thing.

Long waiting hours, not aligned with scheduled appointments

I visited the clinic for a teeth cleaning and whitening procedure with Dr. Ghida Al-Zahrani. The results were satisfactory, especially considering the significant staining on my teeth due to coffee and smoking. Dr. Ghida was clear with me that the initial whitening result would be from one to one and a half shades, yet the outcome exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank Dr. Ghida for her professional work and transparency in discussing the results before starting the treatment.

No compliance to appointment No coordination or consideration I was told to come at 8:00 with no mention of it being the waiting appointment rather than actual, i wait till 11:15 before they see me they give me X-ray then have me wait till 11:30 for the doctor to see me again then say we have too many patients we can’t do your tooth extraction today so at 11:40 i book an appointment for the following week. So 3 hours 30 minutes just for x-ray My appointment was at 9:00 Doctor saw me 9:40 and gave me numbing agent then left the room without a word 10:10 i went to the desk to see what is happening because i wasn’t even told to wait for the numbing agent to take full effect i was just left there 10:20 the doctor sees me again and gives me a higher dosage because the first wasn’t effective 10:40 they finished the tooth extraction doctor seemed in a hurry and claim he did a less serious procedure for my benefit but we know he just wanted to move to the next patient. So 1 hour 30 minute for a 30 minute procedure with extra 20 minutes for the numbing agent to take effect 4 hours total of my life wasted just waiting Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

My dentist is Dr. Howaida AlBestawi and I strongly recommend her to anyone. Her professionalism and caring character is very amazing.
