I had a very disappointing experience at OK Clinic. They don’t respect appointment times, and the staff is not professional at all. There’s no coordination between them I had to ask every single person just to figure out who would do my laser session. After waiting a long time, I ended up not doing my session at all. It was a complete waste of time. I hope they seriously improve their service and organization
